Linz/Austria-based dj and producer abby lee tee (aka dj abillity) is best-known for being a member of the rap-group “hinterland” and releasing mixtapes with his partner in crime “dj hooray”. Rooted in hip hop, jazz, funk & soul, his current dj-sets and productions are influenced by all kinds of electronic music too – some people would call it “wonky” or “glitch hop”. Since releasing his first solo-ep/beattape in 2009 he`s getting busy with remixes for artists like “pixelord” and “swede:art” as well as collaborations with guys like “feux” and “kalifornia kurt”, or running the blog “hillbillysoul.blogspot.com”. Furthermore he`s (co-)organising parties with recent guests like gilles peterson, nosaj thing, fLako, comfort fit, fulgeance, débruit, swede:art, paul pre, the clonious, yoggyone and more.

Odd is in equal measure dj, producer and host. As former host of the club from Audio Shadow he enabled an actual and young music culture of electronic to find a way to the public. At the moment he hosts together with dubwise mastermind Selekta Rak3te and Se.vero Klub Sir3ne and Raw.
As dj Odd´s range goes from fidget/electro through dub-techno to dustup and jungle. So no boundaries of genres or styles – only the quality of the vinyl respectively its grooves is important for dj Odd.
As it proved a great value for you – our audience – last year, we again ordered a shuttle service for this years Zwischenstromball.

Disco Demons aka Jakob Bouchal started DJing back in 2007. He was heavily influenced by the overdriven trademark sound of the Ed Banger generation floating somewhere between dirty electro synths, hammering tech-house beats and crystal-clear techno basslines – with a subtle touch of Balkan brass, Portuguese Kuduro rhythms and Latin trumpets.
Constantly shredding genre boundaries, each DJ set is a unique cross section of his exceptionally diverse music collection, spiced up with live sound manipulation, experimental effects and elaborate samples, making use of the infinite possibilities of MIDI-controllers.
And by the way, Disco Demons also stands for an electronic music blog, where the latest tracks not only in clubs but also with a huge international audience on a daily basis is shared. Further it´s shuffled with ticket competitions, event reviews and interviews with the likes of Vitalic and Alex Gopher.

You like grungy synths and massive baselines? At parties you just like to whoop it up? Well, you´re got the right address with the two exile-Bavarians from Salzburg! With their first released remix for DiscoTrashMusics´s “Nothing for free” Beef Theatre already attacked the Top 5 of Beatport Indie Dance/NU Disco download charts this summer. It didn´t take them a long time to produce further remixes, amongst others for Noize Generation´s Debut EP “Get the Fuck Up”.
Since May 2010 it is finally possible to witness Beef Theatre at their live performances. After their first success in Bavaria and Switzerland they are finally treating Austrian territorial with their maximal electro-trash-punk ultrasound. More gigs, e.g. in Portugal, are already planned and we can be curious what´s going on around Beef Theatre in the future. So people out there, protect your ears and hide your daughters, because it´s gonna be loud and legendary, if the Beef boys are in town!

A sweeping collection of electronic !p o p! s o n g s, coined by catchy melodies, a distinguished voice, crisp production and plenty of bass: Allen Alexis.
The duo formed in 2009, attracting abundant attention with their first track `Here Tonight´, garnering massive airplay and charts positions on Austria’s national broadcasting corporation’s radio FM4, which selected the song for its Best of 2009 compilation as well.

Another headliner I would like presenting to you:
To put it bluntly, DMVA are probably the most edgy legal drug since the invention of sugar. The most off-key mixture of Hip Hop, Electro and Rock has a name – and that´s King Lovox, Pharao HiSpit and Clido Heartbounce – the unresting dance machine.
Sounds strange? So it is.
But one thing is clear for the guys: we live in a new century and so it´s more than important to have a show that´s hip, new, exciting, refreshing and simply different! From the first to the last beat their show is filled with masks, costumes, strange dance and artistic interludes – like the farmer in the roadhouse. And this time in the Gasthof zur Post in the idyllic Weitersfelden.
You simply have to love Viennas latest delirium band!

In the science-fiction novel “star of the unborn” by Franz Werfel, which was finished 1945 (!), one can find a rather prophetic appearing description of a, seen from the future, past style of dancing: “…. supported by stubborn carpet beating, a compressed music…” A closer look at the text passage provides the willing reader with a rather astonishing discovery: Werfel is talking about techno or house music ! How he could foresee this style of dancing and music more than 50 years ago will maybe remain an enigma forever, in any case Ogris Debris have taken the carpet beating to heart. And they celebrate it together with their audience at every occasion with zest and zeal. On AND off stage!
Ogris Debris are from Vienna and they are sitting on a swing. They call it “Sexy Chair”. They use it to oscillate between techno and house music, well, in full swing, sort of. Actually Daniel Kohlmeigner and Gregor Ladenhauf are two really bad pranksters, or how they say in Austria: “Lausbuam”.
But once you experience Ogris Debris live, you learn that they will rather shake your leg than sell you down the river. Even though you may get the impression somehow. A lot of experience in various genres of electronic music plus an arsenal of wisely chosen musicmachines equals maximum euphoria on the dancefloor.
